How many visual signs are there to indicate that windows isn't running properly? There is the familiar hourglass, there is the 'I' sign, the dark blue beam above the screen that turns lightblue, the endless pop-up's with their imbicile messages, and an arrow pointing in both directions horizontally, an arrow pointing in both directions vertically....

Maybe if the programmers hadn't put so much effort and time in this whole array of visual signs to alert the window user that windows is such a shitty product, maybe it would be somewhat less shitty then?

This. Very happy

But no, really, I recommend a fresh install of Windows at least once a year to keep things in tip top shape.

Which version are you using?

Some day, after I become the Nexus's leading/top chemist, I promise I will program my own Tinfoil Hat Linux OS.

Until then... More nootropics. Confused
Some things will come easy, some will be a test

That welcome to windows screen
That windows is now loading screen
Naw, compiling the kernel is phun. Go on, try it, you'll like it.
Just like extracting you're own can add to the appreciation for it, so can compiling your own custom OS.
These aren't the droids you're looking for.
