Thanks for the replies guys, I've got a feeling it's going to be a long, lean, couple of years. Bearing in mind the guy from this forum who got busted importing Mimosa into NZ, I don't think it's worth the risk.
But like you say Ice, we'll see what the universe throws up :-)
Ahh well, it'll be worth it in other ways! Let's hope the tryptamine palace will still be there when I get back to my nice liberal country hehe.
You may not have heard this, but a senior ex-army officer got assassinated in central Moscow a few days ago. Made barely a ripple in the press here. Here's a story for you from my wife. In about 1995 her dad's brother in law got into gambling debts of about $20,000 with some Georgians. They turned up at his house with Kalashnikovs and demanded that he paid them or they'd kill him and his family. Luckily her dad was already a made man by that time so could raise the cash. They burnt down his house anyway, as a warning.
I was aghast obviously, but she just shrugged and said "that was the 90's in Russia." Those were the days when her dad evaded at least one contract put out on his head and used to take saunas with the governer, the local gang boss and the head of the police.

I do not engage in or condone illegal activities. Most of what I write is on behalf of people I've bumped into, usually several years ago and in countries where the things I mention are legal.
