I was at my friends house on thursday/friday about 5am, when he started looking through hes third eye(this was the first time he showed me), suddenly everything in life made sense, we was talking to each other physically and mentally, we could feel each others vibrations and every time he cut off the third eye, i just felt a wave of energy, eventually i ended up puking up and just left hes house without saying bye, it really gave me a headache and made me feel sick.
The next day i decided to do some MDMA, during the very pleasant comedown at around 5am saturday/sunday morning at someones house, i discovered my third eye, and learned how to use it and find it, every time i started gathering energy and changing my frequency my mate started gagging and puking up, he was a mess, and i found it extremely hard to close my eyes without entering my third eye, every time i started breaking through, my mate would be sick so it distracted me, i decided i wanted to breakthough regardless of my friend puking up so i did, and it was exactly the same as when i took DMT for the first and only time a few months back, this time i was just more aware and could control everything.
The next day i went around another mates house in the early hours and he has a couple of dogs, when i got there and started feeling the energies, the dogs were just going crazy, and eventualy i learned that you can actualy control dogs with your mind using your third eye, you can call it to you or tell it to get out, stop barking etc etc.

I just felt the urge to post this, as i have learned so much in the passed few days its changed my life. You can do anything with your mind!

The racetrack?

You have to absorb energy from your lowest chakra which is near your tail bone, and you work the energy up your chakra, through your neck and that charges the final chakra, the third eye, and then all you have to do is breakthrough, which is the hardest part, but it gets easier with more practice, I have found out over the passed couple of days that telepathy is so real, and you can control what people think by focusing on there third eye, you can see peoples energies and soul.

The feeling you get when your absorbing the energy from the lowest chakra, is the butterflies feeling, you literally strain and force them butterflies, i have always done this growing up but only now have i realized the purpose. You will find that the energy rises up the body and it charges the third eye.

Gathering energy will make you sweat, it almost feels as if your pushing blood through your body, well it feels like that when you first start doing it until you understand that it is actually an energy.

I also have a good theory why they call this energy in your stomach...."butterflies"...I need not explain.
