Hello,
wanted to find out if anyone has dreamt of daily administring the spirit molecule.
In particular, very interested to hear about any therapeautic value.
For example, if smoked in the morning. Any improvements in general mood, concentration/focus, anxiety levels, energy levels, inspiration/creativity.. etc.
Also would like to hear about possible set backs, if any.
Thanks for any feedback

You can try it. But i foresee a strong dislike of doing so. You can't be really serious about this idea. Otherwise you would do it anyway and not posting first. I usually get a specific intuitive psychological and emotional hint to do DMT. And when I act on it, it rewards me bigtime! You should do the same. Don't force your state of being to light - it does NOT work that way. However, you may try Kind Regards Krylosima elusive illusion

I've used spice daily during some periods of time. In my first eight months of exploration I was vaping anywhere from two to three (and occasionally more) times per day at the beginning and 5-10 times per week by the end. The most noticeable effect was a continuous amazement at my existence, even when not taking in the molecule. My mind was constantly examining, dissecting and trying to make sense of my experiences, both in the spice realms and in waking life. Eventually, I wound up having two experiences (one of which can be found here) that nailed me to the wall and really made me re-examine my work/intentions with DMT as well as take the steps to address things I had been neglecting in my daily life. Since those experiences, I took a long break but have begun to revisit the molecule over the past 6-10 months, albeit with greatly reduced frequency. I would also recommend looking for/reading some of antrocles' older threads. He was exploring the molecule with daily/near-daily regularity for around a year and had some very fascinating commentary on it. DMT is an awesomely powerful tool, listen to what it tells you and don't try to force anything. good luck Wiki • Attitude • FAQThe Nexian • Nexus Research • The OHTIn New York, we wrote the legal number on our arms in marker...To call a lawyer if we were arrested. I too have had a periods of doing it multiple times a day followed by multiple times a week followed by longer breaks. Usually the intensity, engaging emotions and intricate visions gradually fade and diminish over the course of using it daily, resulting in a need for a break to step back, integrate the new stuff and return to (hopefully) positive results when trying to use spice again. Now that's what's to be said for me about the spice side of daily use. In terms of the greater percentage of the day not spent under spice's influences, during that daily administration period, I find myself more patient, particularly with people and driving. Normally I admit I can be somewhat of an impatient asshole when I drive, but I'm much more calm and particularly don't even give a shit if people cut me off, or do idiotic things (I'm obviously not talking about driving on spice; never drive under the influence). I can react more compassionately towards people in situations I might otherwise find myself frustrated in or with a short temper. The longer I stay away from spice on those extended breaks though, I do notice myself reverting back to bad habits and even though I know they're wrong and can try to avoid them, sometimes my mood and temperament can seem purely chemical such as with the exaggerated example of waking up from a nap at the completely wrong time and just being irrationally grouchy at the world. The downside for me for using spice every day aside of the diminished psychedelic effects as mentioned above would probably be that I tend to get sleepy pretty early in the night. I know that spice does enhance my creativity and I have done quite the creative work on spice, but having said that I cannot remember if any creative accomplishments emerged out of a "binging" period or not. Yea, good point obligul. joebono's "fuck dmt" thread is a very good look at potential issues that can arise from frequent dmt use (especially when attention is not given to integration/waking life). And I also agree that it's well worth reading what antrocles has discussed about his spice habits. In my personal opinion I have an idea that using spice everyday may ALSO relate to issues of one's personal health and physical fitness. Recall that antrocles has hinted that he's an athlete; it may be true that his body/physiology can deal with spice every day, while others may not be physically up to making that commitment.

I am far from an athlete or athletic, and my body seems to have little trouble dealing with it on a daily basis. Only the quality of the psychedelic effects seem to diminish over long term use, and even then, just when I begin to think that it's getting way too weak or boring to spend time with, I may get hit in the face with some gigantically rewarding experience from a little amount. If there's one thing the molecule is, it's unpredictable. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
