So I have syrian rue 3X extract and quite a bit of MHRB. I need a recipe or instructions on how to make pharmahuasca gelcaps, I would like as little nausea as possible if possible. I know the procedure involes boiling, straining and an acid but i really dont know the ins and outs. Any and all advice would be appreciated as this will be my first oral DMT experience. Also how intence or enlightening was you experience with oral DMT?

Basically you need to extract the spice from your MRHB. Then mix your rue extract into a gelcap with the spice...or take them separately.

Some like the A/B teks and some like straight to base...either way will work fine.

As joedirt said, you need to start by extracting your MHRB.

The easiest Tek I've found to follow is Noman's Tek which is outlined great in this pictorial.

There is also this thread on consuming powdered mimosa which you might find beneficial but it still requires you to smoke a bit of extracted spice once you feel the come-up from the powdered mimosa.

Yeah I've got a fair bit of knowledge on STB tek and freebase dmt, what im really looking for a recipe to concetrate the syrian rue and extract the nausea causing toxins. Also if its possible id like to do the same to the MHRB without the chemicals one needs in the STB tek. Could i just follow an ayahuasca recipe but just carry on boiling it down untill there is only powder/resin left?

If you're looking to extract syrian rue, this is the Tek you are looking for. - Harmalas Extraction and Separation Guide. If you follow this, you'll end up with a reasonably pure syrian rue freebase extract.

For pharma journeys, it would be best to have the end result as a salt, so I'd recommend getting some fumaric acid. (Do a search in the suppliers section for fumaric acid. Hint: best place has sage in the name.) Once you have your fumaric acid, you can convert your freebase harmalas to a fumaric salt via this pictorial.

While you could make a crude extract of mimosa by following an ayahuasca recipe and boiling it down, it's bound to make you pretty nauseous and you said you wanted to stay away from the purge if possible. If you'd like to get away from the harsh chemicals of a STB, there are several non-toxic Teks in the Eco-Friendly Extraction Flora

Instead of using lye, you can do a DryTek with pickling lime. And instead of using naptha, you can use d-limonene (orange oil). This will make your end spice, 100% food safe. Also if using d-limo, you can salt your spice out with fumaric acid and re-use your solvent. This will leave you with dmt-fumarate that will be a lot easier on your stomach for pharma journeys.
