When people die and are brought back to life, you hear alot of them talk about them seeing heaven. Curiously enough, just before death, your pineal gland produces a huge dose of DMT. A DMT trip IS heaven. It's so obvious!

The hypothesis that the pineal releases bulk amounts of DMT at the point of death is just speculation and remains to be proven.DMT trips can feel 'heavenly' but then again, wholly hellish experiences are just as well recognised.
I am paranoid of my brain. It thinks all the time, even when I'm asleep. My thoughts assail me. Murderous lechers they are. Thought is the assassin of thought. Like a man stabbing himself with one hand while the other hand tries to stop the blade. Like an explosion that destroys the detonator. I am paranoid of my brain. It makes me unsettled and ill at ease. Makes me chase my tail, freezes my eyes and shuts me down. Watches me. Eats my head. It destroys me.

Agree 100% I've seen heaven, hell, purgatory, other planets, parallel universes, etc.

I don't think A DMT trip is heaven, but I do believe that it opens up your brain to get a glimpse to other realities and to the deepest corners of your brain.

Thats exactly what I think the pineal gland as been refereed to by buddhist as the seat of the soul so I think that dmt is a release and it opens up your consciousness to these other realms and during death since there is such a massive release of dmt I think it literally catapults you into a new state of being depending on your spiritual evolution but that's a whole different topic entirely Razz

I recommend you read the thread Zero proof DMT is made in your head as well as listen to Strassman in a recent radio interview discussing his mistakes with the pineal and other more likely sources of production (e.g., the lungs and/or red blood cells).

I think it was a good hypothesis at the time for dmt production causing near death experiences, alien abduction etc. Its just a pity now its such a wide spread belief that its correct when its not.
Black then white are all I see in my infancy.
Red and yellow then came to be,
reaching out to me, lets me see.
There is so much more and it beckons me to look though to these,
infinite possibilities.
As below so above and beyond I imagine,

There is a series called "I survived, Beyond and Back". It airs on the Biography Channel. DMT is dimension splitting death chemistry.
