Is this a good idea or would the freebase harmine with the freebase dmt be way to hard on the stomach?
Also how much harmine would one need?
Thinking about trying my first pharma starting with 50 mg spice.
Also have rue but havent heard too many good things about it.

Harmine will be fine but you will want to convert both that and your spice to salt form, the easiest way to do that is to dissolve them in a little lemon juice. You can add the lemon juice to fruit juice or something to mask the taste a bit.
