Its like i saw the evilness inside me, and i could seal it up forever, but i just let it be, so it recognized who i am, i dont know that was the most enlightened i have ever felt, i just came down from it and i feel amazing. sorry if im wasting thread space but im tearing up right now of how amazing that was.
"The world is like a ride at an amusement park. It goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly coloured and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time, and they begin to question: Is this real, or is this just a ride? And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say, "Hey - don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because, this is just a ride." - Bill Hicks

I'd be happy to hear some further details, if you have the time and inclination.

ok ok, so last night I had multiple breakthroughs, the first breakthrough it was like I isolated the evilness and/or fear inside me that kept giving me bad trips and it was as if I could have sealed it away forever, but I let it stay for some reason. So it could know I would recognize it each time I tripped. The next breakthrough was like I had a complete understanding of ying and yang and I felt as though I was in love with both the good and the bad, I found myself laughing to myself for what felt like hours. I have never felt so enlightened in my life. It was so fleeting though its hard to remember how amazing that was last night. I just felt complete understanding.

Stories like this always makes a warm smile crawl across my face.

I can only hope one day to have an equally enlightening experience, through DMT or otherwise Smile

Best of luck in your future life and discoveries!
The first lesson: Patience
The second lesson: Treat Spice with respect and it will treat you with the same. Treat spice disrespectfully, and it will give you a lesson you will not forget.
The third lesson: Keep your eyes closed.

this is another response in another forum, i think it is exactly on point...

thats a cool epiphone, did you notice how your previous trip kinda set you up for it? It kinda reminds me of Alexs Greys description of his painting, i think its called Surrender. He points out that one of the figures in the painting is subdueing a demon, the figure has a sword to his neck, and could kill the demon and send it away forever, but he shows compassion in letting the demon live, because he has it under control.
I think that demon comes from your ego, maybe on a subconsious or even a concious level you realized that the demon is part of your human experience here in this 3 dimensional world. So you let it live, but you deffinitely took a stand and let it know that it wasnt going to be running the show anymore. You have to have the ying to have the yang, once you realize that you can start to appreciate and celebrate every aspect of life, even if your ego tells you that its a bad thing.

Sounds identical to Christianity's St Michael..........

I've found that spice trips give you an intense visual representation into your hidden inner thoughts, and you can literally "wrestle the demons" out of your existence for a while. Though in order to beat them is not from anger, but from positive thinking and realizations of one's self. This is no new concept when discussing entheogens, esp. DMT. But I had a re-realization of it all once it was encountered.

The integration of the dark side is a recurrent part of my LSD voyages. I usually project these forces as egoic overlords, or fake gods who keep the entire universe under their control. Their acts come from a state of perversion which they identify as the final truth. The way I conquer them is through faith: I follow the narrow way (the non-egoic way, the way of sacrifice which they don't understand), go through the death on the cross, where they all die with me and are born again in the new life as my servants: my flesh, my blood, my senses, my abilities and everything that I am. Those elements that were asymmetric, chaotic and world-destroying in the old world become parts of a life-sustaining support system afterwards. The energy is not lost but channeled into a new way of being.

What I especially like in this process is how these "overlords" understand (which never comes too easy) that the things that they were hated for in the old world will not be taken away from them (this conviction of theirs is why they hate the idea of a God-driven life), but they will get these back and they can use them for good purposes afterwards. In the new universe, the same drives which resulted in dark deeds in the old world are used to operate a world of beauty. And while they were manifest as dark lords in the old world, now they are invisible as forces of life.

Very inspiring post, thank you.

Indeed. Marvelous post, cellux. I will carry that with me.
Sometimes I believe that this less material life is our truer life, and that our vain presence on the terraqueous globe is itself the secondary or merely virtual phenomenon.

Those experiences sound very archetypal. Isn't it amazing what the collective human spirit can show us? Thank god we have found a way to experience it firsthand.
Let the plants guide you, for they teach lessons beyond what we humans can offer.
Distorted is our perception of reality, because reality is much more distorted than we could ever perceive it to be.
