Are there any other short acting psychedelics/psychoactives besides DMT, Salvia Divinorum and Nitrous Oxide? I'm defining 'short acting' here as 30 minutes or less.
I'd love to hear if there are and what they're like!

That's a shame, as short acting properties really appeal to me, because if you find yourself in a bad trip, at least you don't have to wait too long for it to go away!

Generally speaking, smoking anything gives a more intense but shorter in duration trip.
I think you can smoke mushrooms, but do some research before doing it.

pure psilocybin melts at 190-198 degress celcius, threads on the shroomery seem to note that shrooms dried in a food dehydrator at 180 deg Fahrenheit had no effect. so by taking a flame over 1000 deg C. i dont think smoking them would be possible. all of the above info was found on the net, im not expert  happy travels

These two statements don't add up. If psilocybin melts at 190 Celsius, then why would it totally degrade at 180 Fahrenheit? At any rate, those threads you mentioned have got to be wrong. swim has boiled mushrooms in the past for at least 10 minutes with no noticeable loss in potency. RogerRabbit over at the Shroomery has also mentioned in a few threads that he often grills his mushrooms before tripping on them. 69ron has also mentioned that he had an incredibly overpowering mushroom excursion after eating a massive overdose of mushrooms he thought to be inactive because he had pressure cooked them. The short version of everything I just said- psilocybin is not as heat sensitive as people say it is. So who knows? Maybe with the right techniques it is somehow possible to effectively vaporize the magic in mushrooms.. I am awake in a dream called reality.

SWIM is trying two powdered cebil seeds in a combination this friday. I'll let you know how it goes if you like. If you make some cebil or yopo snuff (lime is optional) you will have yourself a short trip (30 mins-1 hour I believe) and have some ginger capsules ready for nausea. Also the quality of online seeds can vary greatly. Seed effects range from very little to very strong.If you want something to smoke don't smoke the seeds in powdered form, you will probably get nothing, you can extract the bufotenine for smoking.
