I have been experimenting with DMT for about 2 years now, but I just recently started posting here. I just wanted to know if anyone else out there has ever seen small, neon blue, fairies that appear when you start smoking DMT? I typically start to see a spiral portal form after my first large hit takes affect. I tend to see this portal whether my eyes are open or closed. But almost 30% of the time, these fairies would appear around the portal, and sometimes, even held meters that would measure how close I was to a breakthrough. For example, on the second hit, the meter would go up just like a thermometer, and the fairies would encourage me to hold in the hit as long as possible and take it in as deep as possible. On the third, the liquid inside the "breakthrough meter" would hit the top and whoooooosh!!!! Off I went to somewhere profound and beautiful to return with nothing other than a smile, new knowledge, and a resin stain on my bedroom comforter from where I dropped the pipe when my spirit left my body.

So you would see these fairies before you even started to breakthrough?

How many of them would you see on average?
and we're they independent of each other or were they copies of the same image being seen? (I ask this because I met an entity one time, but he actually appeared to me to as 2 or 4 separate entities, until I realized my mind was just multiplying the same image over my field of vision. They wouldn't move separately, only in a mirror image of each other, this is what made me realize that fact.)

Would you see these same fairies in hyperspace as well, or only as you were taking off?

Can you describe these "fairies" in more detail, physical features etc? were they very human-like, or animal-like?

This sounds pretty awesome, when you answer these questions I will tell you my impression of what they may be, I'm not sure enough to say yet.

I typically saw two if they were guarding the portal, and one if they had the "breakthrough meter" helping me determine how close I was to breaking through. After blastoff, they would typically disappear. They were very human-like in appearance, but were neon blue, and had wings. Seem similar to anything you have experienced?

I had a blue neon fairie experience once.

As soon as I exhaled the first hit I went to an all white room like the Matrix "loading program" and there were hundreds of 2D fairies floating around. They all seemed to be on some type of a loop. They were all very busy doing something, but I couldn't tell what.

Thanks for reminding me of that experience.. It was quite pleasant.

While my experience is little, my contact with "entities" involves neon blue elvish/impish creatures. They seemed to be suspended in a pre-breakthrough atmosphere - a void, consisting predominantly of blank white space and intricate fractal patterns (thinking about it makes me shiver!). I don't recall them having wings, but they were somewhat enshrouded by mist/shadow.

They were definitely bathed in a neon blue energy, though. I distinctly remember this aspect

I have never seen faeries per se, but I have seen a female entity hold her hand out to me as my vision exploded into a wonderland that overlayed this reality, and I have seen her in my dreams many times.
At first I was thinking it was more like my experience, and they may have been like a guiding spirit. But I think it may just be a manifestation of your subconscious thoughts, or perhaps a mix of both these things, as some people aren't as receptive when dealing with higher versions of themselves, such as guiding spirits.

Sorry if this seems a little mystical, just my thoughts.

It seems really interesting to me that a high percentage of your comments talked about the neon blue entities existing in the time period just prior to a breakthrough. I'm curious, do most of you out there thing the entities you see are actual beings in parallel dimensions/far away places, or that most hallucinations/manifestations facilitated by the spice are simply extensions of your own ego?

I'm very open to both frames of thought, however, wouldn't it be hard to explain away people consistently seeing similar things on their journeys? I guess if you are part of the group that believes hyperspace is simply a space within each individuals own ego, you could argue that similar things show up in many people's trips because we are all part of the same society and have predispositions that result in similar visions.

On a side note, can I just say that I feel very honored to discuss topics like this with other people such as yourselves!! It's amazing how many discussions brought on by the spice would have onlookers immediately calling the local asylum to see if there is any open space...
