A little background:

While I have an extensive history with psycedelics, it wasn't until last august that the Spice entered my life, and then of course everything shot forward into a new direction. Whereas once I was an anxious, obsessive self-doubter who longed to live a creative life, within months of the Spice I find myself prescription free, a joyous husband/father/teacher whose artwork is scheduled to be shown at the end of the summer.

Anyway, none of that is really here nor there.

Here's a dawning realization that will not retreat:

The evidence of the infinite realms beyond the one we inhabit in our everyday lives is simply staggering. The spirits/entities/agencies/what have you are in a constant effort to communicate with us, on whichever level we avail ourselves to them. They spill from our subconscious and manifest in music, books, film, stories, riddles and children's tales. From the UFO phenomenon to Mary Poppins to a celebrity's disgrace to a psychology workshop---their overarching messages of dissallusion, transcendence, and limitless possbility are literally bursting forth through the make-believe of our physical universe.

I am astounded and confounded that I can experience so much and understand less and less about it all and feel utterly blessed to be embraced by this total mystery.

Just so happy to be here. Really.

I loved this, thank you. It ties in closely with my own philosophy - beautifully articulated <3

That dawning realization must be something important because have been experiencing it parallel to you. Including Mary Poppins. I particularly appreciated all the bells and whistles on the Chimney Sweep this time around.

That's something very cool.

This boosts my mood even more. Normally when I don't smoke herb regularly I get bummed, being a senior stuck in a high school all day and living in the spring break capital of America is pretty depressing. However I have had a good acid trip and a good trip with the spice in the last few weeks and I have been happier than ever not smoking herb every morning, great to see that a good trip means so much to other people too...
