Wait for spring... get some platic lasaga baking trays with clear plastic lids.
Put in a layer of rocks, then some cactus soil (soil + sand) and sow the seeds with a thin layer of sand on top. Soak the medium. Then put on the lid and leave in warm semi-shaded spot.
They are super easy to grow!
Once they are large enough you just need a really well drained soil.
