His whole album Cosmogramma is in my opinion one of the single greatest things to ever have come out of the whole "dubstep" craze, but he obviously took it way beyond that. If you like Flying Lotus you should check out his great auntie, Alice Coltrane, she is a pioneer of jazz that often goes overlooked due to her husband being....John Coltrane, hahaha. So Blockhead is a guy. I just heard his stuff for the first time recently and just discovered he's from Ninja Tune. And some of my most precious music is the old Ninja Tune stuff. From the beginning of the label. Funky Porcini, DJ-Vadim, Herbaliser and more. Love a lot of that stuff ––––––
