I have been experimenting lately with Xhosa or African dream root (ADR) and am reporting back. I tried numerous methods of ingesting the prepowdered root... CWE, Tea, capsules, frothing in water. I found NO difference in potency between ANY of the ways to ingest. 400mg in a 00 cap does the trick beatifully (and tastelessly).

I don't mean to get too personal, but I have never had a realistic sexual encounter while dreaming and the ADR has unlocked this. The majority of the dreams i get from ADR are quite erotic, but it not all erotic. the dream itself does not focus on sex. Smoking a cigarette before bed seems to add to the dreams (i dont smoke so 1 cig goes a long way)

Also it should be noted that I did try eating 500mg of san pedro resin 30min before bed, thinking that this was a sub-threshhold dose and would potentiate dreams. however I woke up exactly 2:30hr after ingesting and was up the whole rest of the night.Rolling eyes

Hey man, thanks for the report. Have been interested in African dream root for a while, think it may be synergistic with Iboga as a fellow African dream enhancing herb. Interesting that you found it reliable however it was ingested...would definitely be interested in a reliable dream enhancer. I guess I'll have to give a whirl myself in the future.

Have you tried silene capensis as well? How would you compare them?

Maybe I should order some and give it a go...
