That's why you quoted and responded to it twice? Wink

Just to spell it out even more clearly than it already has been (and is even more thoroughly detailed in the links I provided you earlier)...most people associate the term "deemster" with selling/buying DMT as well as people who approach the molecule from a less than respectful stance (to put it mildly), comprende?

OK. I did not know this. I'm not in any scene, maybe that's why!Smile My innocent trickster connotation was rather spontaneous, didn't realize the heavy political semantics... dealing is definitely wrong, and respect is a prerequisite in my book.

Oh yeah man you got nothing but love yet you keep on pushing these stupid comments about terminology, I'm pretty sure I put my hand out to you in a previous post and you bit it off. I hope every time you write to someone like that they tell you to fuck off.

There is clearly a bunch of different meanings going on here and it's pissing me off that this forum can't get past the meaning of words, even when they're discussed at length... it's embarrassing. I took no personal offence here until that comprende comment which really pissed me off, all I was doing was posting some cool videos and trying to get some light hearted discussion going, I did not want a back and forth about the term deemster. I don't associate the term with buying/selling DMT, obviously, so why bring that up now?

I have to say, I liked some of his older stuff...cosmogramma gave me a headache. I really tried to listen to it, I just couldn't get into it. That was the one he was interviewed about his dmt-influence on too, and beyond a mindfuck trip or something along those lines, I couldn't see it in cosmogramma.

Thoughts?

Alright. Guess I'll join the party...

Before I'd even opened this post, I already had an attitude about it. I feel the same way about deems and deemsters as I do about Lucy and Molly and whatever other teenybopper terminology being used to reference this stuff. It makes my skin crawl. It makes my ass twitch. It makes me feel every bit as old and cranky as I'm probably getting to be. Mostly, it guarantees that I'll never take you seriously. It forces me to imagine you as a pimply faced 15 year old kid.

If there is a "scene", I sure ain't a part of it, nor do I much care to be.

Sorry endlessness. Just trying to make a point about terminology. I think SnozzleBerry's post was really provocative considering I've been trying my best to resolve this conflict.

is there a suitable word to describe the DMT community (meaning nexus+everything outside of nexus) that I can use in future?..seeing as everyone already has there own idea of what deemster means - and thats not meant to sound sharp.

Why not call it the DMT-community?
