I´m looking for some tunes for my longer changa sesions, something that won´t push the dmt experience away but give something to it.
Most chill out albums have to much melodies and stuff going on, i am looking for something with some winds and forrest sounds, maybe a dessert storm and some rain.
Something psychedelic but very subtle, the closest i have is aes dana, but even that can take over the trip to much sometimes.
Any suggestions?

This one is more space, but the first half is barely music: Brian Eno - Apollo, Atmospheres And Soundtracks. It's beautiful. Check it out. And here is something with barely any movement or features. It's a free album on a net label : Loscil - Stases Code:http://one.dot9.ca/2/releases.php?id=027 Welcome Home Mister_Niles. We've Been Waiting For You.

Eno's "Thursday Afternoon" is great as well. A head full of colors on any afternoon can't be beat.

Now that you mention it, Shutov Assembly by Brian Eno has a wonderfully colorful tonal pallet. It covers more of the sonic spectrum than most of his ambient stuff. Some of it is a little dark though. I'll think of some stuff with nature sounds in it for OP. Some of the 12k records stuff might be good, like Volume Objects by Autistici. Nice, organic ambience. Welcome Home Mister_Niles. Listen to this for an hour and make a note of the artists played: www.stillstream.comMost of what's played on here is a perfect accompaniment to any psychonautic voyage with the more meditive qualities.

"Dancing into Silence" by Carlos Nakai. I didn't think I was a big Nakai fan until the other night when I was on an Aya journey and put this into the player simply because I knew it was quiet and freeform. Turns out it is powerful spirit music with a nice earthy organic sound. Most any thing by Jorge Reyes ( The deceased Mexican ambient artist, not the Cuban salsa musician ) but I'm thinking "Comala". Very jungley sounding but can definitely have a darker edge. "Koyason" by Deuter. Very loving, healing, white light music but could be too melodic for your purposes. Still well worth checking out just to experience the place it can take you. I've been trying to find music myself that is less electronic and more acoustic without being real melodic or rhythmic. It's so easy for the music to take over the journey instead of just taking you to an atmosphere. As Within, So Without.

I love that one, but it's something that you might want to check out sober first. It might scare the hell out of you tripping. It's amazing though. Quote:Quote: "Koyason" by Deuter. One of the Osho albums is really nice too. Some of his stuff is too new agey for me. Don't listen to "D" while your tripping though. You might end up in the hospital Welcome Home Mister_Niles. Wolfgang Voigt AKA GAS has produced some absolutely incredible highly rated ambient. POLE is also pretty dam good. Its not psybient or whatever... but that stuff is rarely ambient anyway. “Right here and now, one quanta away, there is raging a universe of active intelligence that is transhuman, hyperdimensional, and extremely alien... What is driving religious feeling today is a wish for contact with this other universe.” ― Terence McKenna

YES! Gas! Why couldn't I think of that. I'd try the album Pop. The title is misleading. Great call xtechre. Pole is great. 3 is my favorite. Welcome Home Mister_Niles. We've Been Waiting For You.

Wow i found alot of this stuff online, i´m suprised how old some of it is, sounds really fresh still. So now then does anyone have any alien ambient or whatcha call it? Something that gives me the atmosphere of being in a alien mothership filled with unknown entities mixed with acid rain on a jungle planet etc Lol i know my descriptions are abit weird but ive heard stuff like this but had no idea of the producers, maybe i should check out space station soma again, that´s where i heard this stuff. www.somafm.com

Andrew Chalk - Goldfall Deathprod & Biosphere - Nordheim Transformed Robert Rich - Trances & Drones How about some of the Bertoia sculpture recordings? I went out with a girl whose father was friends with Bertoia when she was a kid. She used to go over to his studio and run around making the sculptures sing. She thought I was crazy when I flipped out when I found a Sonambient lp in her collection. Welcome Home Mister_Niles. We've Been Waiting For You.
