On the second pull of the second jar of swim's first extract, after mixing for the third time, the naphtha layer separated and was a dark yellow, but it was really cloudy and he can't decide if this is good or bad or whether to pull or wait. He left it over night and came back to a still cloudy layer. In the official help thread gamma said that it should cloud when pulled and blown on if it's saturated enough, so does this just mean that there's a ton of spice chillin in my naphtha layer?

Could mean "there's a ton of spice..." In other words, could be the naphtha is saturated with DMT at the current temperature. Try adding another 30-50 ml of naphtha and warming the whole thing a bit. This can be done safely in a hot water bath. SWIY will probably see the solvent layer clarify, and be quite pleased when it is pulled and freeze separated! I would guess its full of dmt and possibly plant impurities too.. In the case that some small droplets of mimosa+lye might have come across, you could simply do a sodium carbonate wash and then stick in the freezer.
Good luck and post back how it goes

Thanks for the advice. Endlessness I see a lot of posts by you about dissolving/washing. Swim has 70% isopropyl, would that work to get rid of excess solvent and possible contaminants?

If the 30% are water (and no toxic impurity / denaturing agent), yes it will work perfectly, it might just take longer to evap because of the water.
You can also dry the IPA if you want by adding excess magnesium sulfate (dried epsom salts) to remove the water. IIRC you can also do this with sodium carbonate or even just salt, all of which should pull the water to the bottom, and then you decant the dried IPA away.
Though this wont get rid of possible contaminants except solvent traces. To get rid of other plant impurities and such, a recrystallization is the best way.

Thanks endlessness. Swim is drying now and it's looking good. The bottom of one of the jars is COMPLETELY covered in slightly yellow crystals.
