Good story. I'll just post the one that always comes to mind when people ask me, or are discussing telepathy and if it's real, etc.
My friend and I used to play cards a lot when we were teenagers. We would get bored, and make up our own card games. We did this regularly, almost daily. So one day we came up with a game that involved telepathy. We would each take whatever cards we wanted from the deck while the other person stood on the other side of the room facing the wall. It could be two cards, or even half the deck. As we were pulling the cards from the deck, we would actively try to "send" each other the card we had picked.
To make the games go quicker, and a little easier, we would limit ourselves to three cards or less each. One particular instance I stood facing the wall with my eyes closed and could clearly see the 5 of hearts and queen of clubs being pulled from the deck. So I said aloud, "5 of hearts and queen of clubs" and my friend just sat there, a look of shock on his face. He couldn't believe it, as neither of us had gotten more than 1 right at a time in the hundreds of games we had played. So he chose another two. And another. And another. And I just kept getting them right. After 4 or 5, we were both too freaked out to continue

We tried it again a couple days later, and I couldn't repeat my performance. I was especially close to this friend though. I would always know when he was about to call on the phone, or ring the door bell. One day he broke two fingers playing rugby, and I knew there was something wrong before actually finding out he had injured himself. It was like a strong, heavy feeling accompanied by this strange urge to see what he was doing. My mother seemed to have this ability as well, with people she was very close to. Perhaps she passed it on to me somehow.
The other stories I have are similar to yours. I don't know how much validity I can give to them because we were always on some sort of drug, and that's the first thing people point out. "You were just high." or, "How many hits of acid were you on?"

I know hallucination is a possibility, but some instances seemed like true mind-reading or a sort of mind-sharing.
