ok so i think these bags can be sterilized, though this site only lets one buy 70$ or more at a time does anyone know of a good source to buy these bags (or something better?) in not bulk, (for that matter can anyone confirm that they can go through the pressure cooker without melting? they are 8mm)if these are unacceptable what does work as a resealable sterilizable bag or small container?

Does it say anywhere that they can be sterilized/PC'd? If this is for mushrooms, I'd just google "autoclavable bags" for something cheaper and specifically designed to be pc'd. Ball jars also work as sterilizeable containers...although without knowing what you intend to use it for, it's kind of hard to say if it's sometihng you should be looking into.

the jar thing is a great idea though i want to be able to sterilize individual things so i dont have to expose ALL of my tools at use of the first and to do that i would have to run a whole pc cycle just for tools and i would like to be able to put tools in with jars so little autoclavable ziplock bags seemed to be the answer i was looking for and i know you can use foil but it always gets ruined and id like to be sustainable at least in reusing my inorganic elements...
