I made a rough recording of this song I've been working on for a few months. Tell me what you think.

If anybody is familiar with Caravan, I just discovered them a few days ago and I'm lovin' their album "If I Could Do it All Over Again, I'd Do it All Over You."

I really like the vocal harmonies and the use of the stereo space. I like the guitars too. Cool progressions, and I like the Hendrix feel that comes in later on. The whole song kinda reminds me of some of my friend's music that he writes. Very nice. The last ten seconds or so of the song are really cool. Great tones and interesting harmony. Good work man. [I assume we're talking about Akoniti]

Cool man thank you. I just uploaded Roots Grow Deep today, but they're both relatively new (they need plenty of work, yet.) I'll be adding drums and bass eventually, then they'll be done.

Ok, just listened to the one we were supposed to watch Wink The section starting at 1'15" is beautiful. That's just a great color to the tone with that really punchy mid-range kinda sound. I often like to evoke that in my playing by aiming for the octaves with my picking hand, but you really did a good job of making a whole section out of it (and really the second half of the song).

I appreciate your comments gobalswg. I needed some feedback on those tracks for sure. I'm doing recordings of some more "in-depth" tracks next week with a drummer and bassist, it'll be the dream denizen line-up in it's entirety. I have some more aggressive music that just doesn't sound right solo, but they're definitely my more prized songs.
