I was wondering if many of you have vocalized during an experience?

During a DMT experience earlier today it felt like i had an energy stuck in my belly, breathing wouldn't relieve it so i had to deeply resonate it out with a long humming sound... this felt good & really propelled the visuals into some interesting forms.

I'd love some information on shamanic chanting or good music where monks are humming if anyone knows of any? It's maybe best to just go with the flow & see what sound feels best to make at the time, but i think that working with monk like humming before/during/after a journey could be very beneficial, vibration seems to be very powerful.

I'm with you Chronic vocal vibration is amazing during a trip, very exhilarating. I don't do it all the time, but have had many positive experiences when it would suddenly come out. I've also tried it with binaural tones which seemed to have had an effect on my CEVs (it seemed to add more depth to the dimensions), those trips were intense but the headphones were distracting.

I've done this with my pharma experiences with ecstatic results. Kinda did it by itself and I was like, "wait a minute...lemme try Laughing ". I also get vibrations on a bigger level like my head or limbs may start to involuntarily oscillate back and forth (especially to music). I can stop them if I please, but it always feels good so I let it do its thing.

it must have really sounded strange to someone who was straight, but i, too, have vocalized strange harmonies and such during a peak. little entities with googilie eyes were in my face, and seemed to be trying to get in my mouth. so i sent out harmonies that reverberated with the hallucinations(cev's). the vocalizing soon turned into laughter as i came back, and the whole thing was just too funny, and i remember thinking how silly i had been for being afraid.

Yeah i had to laugh at myself today, one minute i was like "im never gonna do this again!" then the next minute im laughing about it testing if there's anything left in the GVG.

I remember i once had these hourglass shaped objects morphing & melting in my view, they seemed like they had cheeky smiles on their faces, maybe those were the 'elves'?

Vocalising can have an incredible impact on a trip. Myself and a friend first discovered this on a smoked DMT trip, while tripping on LSD in this very nice spot in the woods. The symptoms you describe sound a lot like what I experienced that afternoon several summers ago. Vocalising can really deepen and extend an experience, open up new visual realms, and expands the afterglow feelings too. Highly recommend for all psychedelic explorers. Works particularly well with DMT and mushrooms I have found. There are quite a few tutorials and clips of throat signing monks on YouTube for people who are interested.

Haha... absolutely. I've made the weirdest vibrational sounds... and focusing on different parts of my body changes the vibration. Fortunately, the neighbors never asked... Pleased

Yup...I vocalize frequently on heavy doses. Sometimes it's pretty much forced out by a gut-squeeze, sometimes it's the only way I can figure to get out the 'WAY too much energy' feeling. They're always fun though! Although one time afterward I realized all my windows were open and my neighbors were probably out working in their yards...so I just assume the environment needed it :-)
