I took 4g of blue lilly (Nymphaea Caerulea) infused in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, then ate the rest left at the bottom.

No effects noticed.

So, then filled several bowls of blue lilly in GVG and vaped, but had problems with combustion. No effects observed.

I'm going to put about 20g in wine and try at the weekend and see if that makes any difference.
The trees spoke to me through the wind. The more I listened, the more they spoke.

Sometimes the effects of lotus can be extremely subtle on its own. One other thing you might want to try is adding it to a smoking mixture, like 1:1 with cannabis. This is one of my favorite ways to smoke lotus... it's incredibly cuddly and heart-opening... seems to be a nice synergy.

I commend you for your unwavering determination to make things work with lotus! Smile

OK, so I let ~20g steep in 750ml rose wine for 5 days. Drank all the wine (didn't eat the plant material).

The only thing I can notice was that I got less drunk than a bottle of wine would normally get me (I've also been off alcohol for over two months so I thought if anything, I'd feel more drunk.)

So it looks like I'm not having much success. Perhaps when infused with DMT it really comes into its own, but so far making a tea, steeping in wine and vaporising have not worked for me.

I've had some good results from Blue Lily and Blue Lotus. Mind you, there is a certain technique to getting the best from it i believe.

- I soak 12 garmmes of plant material in half a bottle of shiraz red in a jar for a week. To consume it, i heat it in a saucepan then sieve it. I serve the plant material on a plate next to a glass of the warmed infused wine. I eat all the plant material, chewing it well enjoying the tase, drinking the infused wine untill it is all drunk. I usually have it all eaten in 5 minutes coz it's bitter, -drunk in less than 30 minutes.

- I continue to drink regular wine afterwards to keep the " Baccanaian " theme running. I then notice a lift within 30 minutes or so but this is probably more to do with the alcohol, but mostly like 1 and a half hours later when i am extremely euphoric and very happy and sort of stoned at the same time. Laughter is normal, and i have an ability to better withstand and enjoy the effects of alcohol. Definately "e" like with aphrodisiac properties also.

- I conclude that this plant works best only with wine, and need a decent soaking. It also needs to be shaken from time to time. The warming up before serving i think is important, as is eating the plant material as well as drinking the wine. It fuses with alcohol really nicely, and you can easily drink a bottle to litre of wine, and still be quite fit and in an extremely happy good mood like it's your birthday party. It also has viagra like effects, and is slightly psychadelic. I've had some good nights out with this stuff, success with women on it, and pretty wierd dreams too. Cool

- I highly reccomend this as one of my favorites,YES, it's THAT GOOD!Shocked

I couldn't agree more, pure brilliance indeed...
