A friend of mine has been wanting to try either DMT or Ayahuasca for a long time, and now that I finally live in his neck of the woods, I was able to share...

Fractal arranged the "spaceship" (our living room), draping the floor with mountains of fluffy blankets and pillows, and building a giant altar with a synergy of our mutually absurd crystal collections. In the glow of candles and wacky paper lanterns, my friend was seated in the middle of the floor and prepared for his First Great Breath from The Vase of Souls (my insanely wicked bong).

We smoked my changa, and it passed the litmus test: the first thing any new person tends to do is SMILE. The SMILE let me know everything was good...

"Everything is crystal!" My friend lifted his hands and gazed at his fingers with an awe-stricken innocence, and eventually dropped to the floor, mumbling about electrical fields.

He sat up--I died laughing on the inside but did not want to disturb him--and pulled his shirt over his head. He didn't remove it, just kept his head stuck inside his shirt for several minutes. This confirmed the breakthrough dose.

My friend eventually crept to the patio for a breath of fresh air, pausing to poke at the glowing paper lanterns dangling from the ceiling. He made his way back to the launch space, still rapt and grinning.

"Now that you're able to walk," I said, "I have to know: what was in your shirt?!"

"Oh!" His grin widened. He stuck his head back into his shirt and remained there for another minute, laughing. He emerged. "There was a tunnel inside my shirt... It's not there anymore, though."

It's not even necessary to partake when sharing the joy. The smiles and first "steps" (haha) with DMT are priceless.

Very happy Sounds really great, i love the idea of the altar with various crystals on it

I kind of consider my GVG an altar of sorts, and i haven't even used it with DMT yet

The changa smiles are beautiful Very happy

I think its really cool so many on this site are meeting like this

I can really see how this could happen when watching someone journey, its overwhelming whether you inhale it or watch someone inhale it, that energy just seems to burst into this realm...

During my most intense experiences as I go to take that final hit, when it's come on so quickly that my hands are already animated cartoon-putty versions of themselves, as I stare at my GVG as I light it, it sometimes reminds me of some kind of Egyptian altar, like I'm holding something sacred in my hands.

Thanks for sharing (the dmt and the story) ! Smile

I know exactly how you feel, its indeed very special to see a first timer smiling as the effects come on, and later the gratitude and inner shine in their eyes when they come back

I love bringing new people into the DMT world... such a personal rush. And then after they journey and you start with them (at least for me) the spice world invites you fully into its pleasures.... such a beauty indeed.
01:13:08 ‹Ellis DEmpty› I met the people living in my head... I disturbed them while they were sitting down at the table.... They were as shocked as I was!

We were born too soon to explore the cosmos, and to late to explore the earth. Our frontier is the human mind; religion is the ocean we must cross.

Very happy I love that. The DMT smile. And the sheer 'No way! Oh my god it's like... it's....mumble....*silence*' of somebodies first flight.
