Is anyone else experiencing a delivery delay from the NL as a result of their postal strike? In the meantime, I've been trying to find other sources and ran across an entry in TIHKAL about the common grass, Phalaris being a rich source of DMT. Shulgin says you just have to juice it, but I wonder if you would then have to boil it with the caapi? Have any of you tried this?

If only it were that simple.
A little research reveals that not only do you get N,N-
But you also get 5-MeO, and gramine, which is toxic.
Alkaloid content is variable depending on a lot of factors as well.
Drinking a phalaris brew has been done, as erowid indicates, but it's not something I would ever do.
Isolation and purification of molecules is worth it in these kinds of situations.

Yes, they had several strikes this month, this coupled with excess snow (unusual for The Netherlands, they don't know how to deal with it) and the Christmas time where they have to deliver an extra load (because of everybody sending each other Christmas cards) made sure there was an delay we all could feel.

Kind regards,
