Does anybody here has any experience with psychotidrine? It's a compound that apparently occurs in some psychotria species and has the structure of a complex of tryptamine's stacked onto eachother, but yet it is supposed to act as an NMDA-antagonist like ketamine.

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Nobody, realy?
One vendor of ethnobotanicals ,including those very, very special ones, is selling it so i figured some of you could have ran into it.

What is psychotidrine?

!!!!!!
Is psychotidrine the latest cutting-edge thing or a victim of circular logic?
A google search, including google scholar, produces just one entry for "psychotidrine"....which is, in fact, this thread!

Or, has it been planted here by a time-traveller from the future, in order to invent it?
WHOA!

I believe this is the active alkaloid from the plant, not psychotridine.

So you think the ethnobotanical-vendor is selling something relatively worthless? hmm, good to know.

Yeah, it may have some activity but I'm doubtful. I think working with p. colorata plain leaf would be the best route there are sadly no sources. Maybe someday in the future.

swim thinks it's pointless to search it on web, it must be searched in scientific databases from university or something like that,so maybe we will find something about medical trial with it..very difficult that a private psychonaut could have tried it

Well, i have found a report on it, somewhere on psychonaut.com or a simmilar site. From that report it's clear that at least it's not orally active...But maybe another way.

It seemed interesting, antother tryptamine-like compound with dissociative effects. Hoped it could be a new sort of ibogaine.

Judging by the structure, I would presume if it is active it would be more akin to ketamine in effects in duration. I could be completely wrong of course though. Someone over on bluelight bioassayed it and found no oral activity as you said and said insufflated produced an effect of slight drunkeness which could have very well been placebo. I guess it'll be a mystery until someone is stupid/brave enough to take it with an MAOI.
