So this morning I loaded up the GVG with 50mg of spice. The refrigerator near me was making quite a racket with its internal hums and whatnot, but I figured it wouldn't really make a difference. I took 3 big rips and the trip started with patterns starting to unfold, but I got stuck in a loop of them never really quite doing anything but trying to unsuccessfully unfold. The patterns weren't that magnificent anyway. I realized that when there are "constant" sounds from the external world, I can get stuck in these loops for some reason during the trips. Anyway it was pretty lame, so I opened my eyes. Pretty disappointed, I decided to try again.

This was where things were a little weird. I was looking through an empty space and in the distance was this compact mass of a variety of patterns. Quite small and off in the distance with all this empty space in between. I understood it as being all the patterns that I would see during the trip, but all in a little package that would unfold. The mass moved closer and closer, inching its way towards me. The suspense of just waiting for it to get to me was overwhelming. When it finally got to me and collided with my body, it finally began to unravel, but there was absolutely no intensity to the experience. It was lots of waiting and then when it finally did get to me and start to flower out, it still was anything but spectacular. It was really weird cause it seemed like a trip going in reverse. Usually it starts off with everything around me and then moves out into the distance towards the end, but this was the exact opposite. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I have seen exactly that mass of patterns you're talking about. It was empty space I was travelling through and I was quickly approaching this mass of colored pattern and once I made contact with it, an amazing trip began. Really glad to hear someone has seen this exact thing before!!
