There is a very small chance next weekend I will have to have a mole removed. Confused I was reading and saw that a local anaesthetic is used in that kind of biopsy. Would that pose an interaction risk with Ayahuasca? And, if I did abstain from drinking next weekend, how long would I have to wait post-operation until my system is clean to drink again?

Usually local anesthetics for a procedure (such as removing a small mole) will use lignocaine (lidocaine);there is no interaction with this and MAOIs.
