Hyperspace is louder than a Mogwai concert. Does anybody agree? Sometimes it is like listening to an alien spacecraft stretch consciousness lightyears away. What a rush!

I get a ringing in my ears for hours after a strong run of spice. I once tried putting earplugs in while I was on changa thinking that cutting off one sense would make the visuals so much more intense. It had the reverse effect after about 2 minutes the sound kept echoing back and forth in my head amplifying to unbearable levels. I finally pulled the plugs because I couldn't take it anymore and it receded within seconds.

This recent trip was mostly auditory. I think it was so intense mostly because I'm trying to decipher the audio hallucinations, so I paid close attention to them. The sounds are so interesting to me, I feel that audio hallucinations are ignored a lot, but they play a huge role in hyperspace (in my opinion of course.)

Love the sounds of hyperspace, dream_denizen. Sometimes SWIM has completely aural breakthroughs, with no visual effects at all. Lots of great experiments left to work with.
