It will burn slightly on the inside of your mouth, but the quickly secreted saliva quickly dilutes it and diminishes the burning sensation. I would say that the smell of the vapor is worse than the taste of the crystals. would the burn not primarily just be due to residual lye? to the OP, knowing how DMT is often extracted, i really dont see puting the chemical in your mouth; unaware of the extraction method. seems abit risky to me to be honest. i mean, would you put any of the chemicals involved in the extraction in your mouth? you never know whats left in/on there till its too late...

I tried sublingualhuasca, or whatever its called, once.. and because im bad at 'sublingin it' i got a good taste. Tastes kinda like id imagine soap to taste
