I was amazed tonight (and recently, generally) by how much so many "crazy experiences" are merely amplifications of WHAT IS ALREADY HERE. I am only tuning into that which is around me and I somehow fail to consciously perceive.

The interesting thing is that my body perceives it, stores it, and communicates with me about it all the time. I (my conscious mind) is the only one that doesn't understand.

There is so much going on and happening inside me at every moment. The body reacts so intensely to places and people. The body can speak loudly, clearly, and precisely about what exactly I need to do to maintain my own welfare.

I just have to learn how to listen...

I feek like my body, and genetics know way more than I do.
