Okay, so i did'nt know where to post this but i have put it in the General Info section (Move if need so)

So did you know you can make your own pH strips from red cabbage ?

I'm shure some of the advanced members know about this, but for all the noobs like me this is an easy way to make your own pH testers and saves some cash overall, check it out

Sweet. I've known about this for a while. I like it because it's more covert than having a pack of ph papers.

Well, that's cool...but how does that help you determine what the pH of an acidic or basic solution actually is?

Is there any way to determine what the pH is based on the amount of color change?
FYI- Anything I post here is just stuff made up by my crazy brother who lives in my closet. I feed him jellybeans.

You could make a batch of strips and calibrate them against known pH's.
These aren't the droids you're looking for.
