So instead of spending time on lots of searching (have found a little info not exactly what I was looking for), and wasteful reading I figured Id just ask. And please no theorists on this one, I would appreciate only answers from people with experience please and thank you.

So have access to lots of phalaris ardunacia or however you spell it, its the stuff growing in all our wetlands. I figured I make some good use out of an otherwise worthless plant and had a few questions,

1. Does this wild species really have enough material in it to try to extract? I have read that it is not a worthy material is this true?? If so how much do you use??

2. What is the best tech to use if I decided to try this? No long explainations just the name of the tech (ie a/b or stb, or other) or a link to it will be fine.

3. I had read smoking just the dried leaves produces an effect, true???
