Does it make any difference to your trip or the effects of the dimitri if you have eaten? Is it best to have eaten or to have not??

(just trying to decide what to have for dinner! knowing that in a couple of hours I will be blasting off!!)

Ive never noticed any difference in the journey weather before or after a meal. That said I always try and journey on an emptyish stomach.

I wouldnt worry about your meal before blastoff, maybe blasting off right after a big meal could be uncomfortable, so let that food settle, then blastoff.

The faq advises being "not full, not hungry". Sound advice. If you are potentiating with harmalas, SWIM recomends trying them first on their own to get a baseline feel - she did this recently and it was pleasant and, surprisingly, kept her awake. Rue tea/extracts can cause mild digestive tract discomfort in some folks. Different DMT extractions cause slightly different "body loads". Best not to be ravenous or stuffed, and best to abide by some dietary restrictions in the meal preceeding the experience. I don't know the whole list of foods which are dicouraged but info here is abundant.
Best.
