Hello all. This is my first ever attempt at chemical extraction of plant alkaloids. I have followed the 69ron d-limonene tek and am currently halfway thru pull number 2 of 100g P. Torch.
a problem I have encountered:
The gravy separator i purchased allows d-limonene to bubble into the vinegar layer as I pour. I've been forced to simply decant the limonene and then the vinegar out of a 2cup pyrex.

How much do yall think is there? I'm getting an mg in the mail sometime next week but until then i have no idea
Also, how pure does that look compared to what you have gotten from this tek?

Did you do the MEK wash?

I have done this tek in the past and my yeild was MUCH darker/less pure than yours. Looks like you did a pretty good job . Not sure on weights because of difference in density but that looks like over a gram. You will have a great time.

if you sive the pic a bit better it'd still be guess work, id guess 150-250 mgs or 1-200 if it was purified

This was very frustrating for SWIM at first as well but since SWIM purchased a 12 inch glass dropper pipette, it's become much easier. Once you tilt the seperator, you can use the long glass dropper to draw off the top layer of limo from the spout. Then pour as much of the salted layer until the limo bubbles begin to come down the spout. You can then let the layers settle again for a moment or two and use the dropper to pull the rest of the layer from the bottom of the seperator. The long pipette will act as a seperator as well.

Works like a charm!
