I don't have any personal experience with this stuff but my psychically gifted friend had problems some years ago (in her youth) after opening a "portal" on her bedroom ceiling which led to her being raped by an incubus during sleep paralysis.

You could consider yourself lucky not to be bothered by an entity as unfriendly as hers, and you could consider it a blessing that you may be psychically gifted.

Of course I do not know for sure, but it doesn't sound like schizophrenia to me. If you notice delusions within your waking life (which separate you completely and totally from even your open-minded friends) then you will want to seek medical help. Actual schizophrenic delusions become worse over time and the longer you wait to deal with them the harder it becomes to reassert "conventional reality."

For example my schizophrenic friend was diagnosed shortly after he decided that- "Everyone is Homosexual and any time someone coughs they are secretly hitting on each other."

You can tell this is a delusion because of the absolutism involved. Indeed some people are homosexual and sometimes coughing could have a secret meaning. Personally I cough due to smoking weed, not because I'm a faggot.

Anyway, I think you will be most happy if you are able to resolve your situation with this entity without the use of drugs. Indeed you might gain an ally or knowledge.

I should mention that my friend with sleep paralysis found that cannabis completely blocked it from happening. She no longer smokes cannabis and is fine today I believe. If you want me to ask her for more advice I will.

I am hesitant to recommend cannabis because it may just "cover up" the problem instead of ameliorating the root cause. But if you are at your wits end and on the verge of a nervous breakdown or financial ruin due to lack of sleep- cannabis might provide some temporary relief and rest. I would certainly try that before resorting to nasty "legal" medicines like Lithium.

But like I said the best solution will not come from a substance. Good luck!

I would suggest word association test from a real psychologist to find what words/experiences you may have been suppressing, if you are ready for that. If on the other hand you can think of the first time you ever felt this or experienced this and what may have caused it -that will be very helpfull.

I think you have done good work getting to the Ah resting sound, which is actually said to be a healing sound - if you let it be. I know, like the hickups, enough is enough, for me pranayama helps with hickups and I think it would help with this too - pm me for details.

I believe if you fully make peace with your environment, which can be a struggle these days with all of the buzzing electricity, politics, and lack of privacy or any real silence, than you will very simply be - fully at peace.

When you accepted the entity and offered loving space - you can see that it did help, now - unconditional love is the next step, where as before you became uncomfortable from too much ah. I have used that sound on my own to relax, and know of many girls who make that sound in the bedroom and I tellyou for sure it is healing. So if that bothers you, maybe do it yourself onceor twice and then relax and breath and be at peace with your environment at all costs no matterwhat. Unconditional love for everything you experience will assure that you only create more moments of love in your life. It's all just energy, us and every entity.


I can only assist others to transmute energy and unlock their atavisms based on what I ave experienced, and I learn from you as well. The key is of course "to each there own" and not to confuse some one elses experience with your own.
