I just got done taking my crystals out of the tray from freeze precipitation, and the first thing that I was ecstatic about was the fact they didn't melt. The previous times I attempted extraction I was never able to actually remove the crystals from the tray without them melting due to a variety of issues. On my previous extractions I used 420g MHRB and a drain cleaner containing potassium hydroxide. Melting issues aside, this time with 60g lime and 100g MHRB presented me with exponentially more crystals. I then used Ronsonol lighter fluid for freeze precipitation. When they were done, I tilted the tray in the freezer for a few hours, then moved it to the fridge, and finally moved them out of the fridge to remove them just now. They're absolutely beautiful white N,N crystals, and I'd really like to thank Q2121. Your tek was invaluable as well as your help along the way. I poured the lighter fluid back in with the bark, mixed it up, put it in the tray, and back in the freezer it went. Still haven't had a chance to try any, but I'll let you know how it goes soon.

That's some good looking spice, congratulations! But what's the few yellow spots doing there? They ruin an otherwise wonderful impression...

Glad you figured it out in the end, the first post kinda shocked me.

But you made the tek work and that is what it looks like every time SWIM does it.

The yellow spots are likely jungle DMT and/or DMT-N-oxide. It is usually seen as a film under the white crystals and was probably scraped up with them.

Second pull (obviously) wasn't looking as promising, but after clumping it all together with a spatula and weighing it, it came out to .38g which I couldn't be more happy with. This pull contained a lot more N-Oxides though, which I think was due to the fact I didn't use a lot of naptha. On this third and last pull, I'm gonna add more warm naptha to get every last drop.
