Last weekend SWIM decided to embark on a journey.

Lit some candles, sat back on the couch.
The smell of sage is still floating across the room.
Grabbed the bubbler and took deep breaths.
Then the familiar distinct smell fills takes over the thought.
That feeling raises it's murky head in the back of my spine.
Within a few moments the surroundings become more and more disoriented.
SWIM close its eyes and starts seeing the vivid and colorful patterns.

The 2 doughnut shaped patterns appears in the back of the eye lids. Intricate and colorful, reminds SWIM of floral patterns. After the doughnut submerges into the background, SWIM visualizes 2 parallel running tunnels top and bottom. The point of view was from the side. I see colors racing within them going back and forth. SWIM decides to take a closer look...

A guy comes up to SWIM in the (felt like a) jeep SWIM sat in. He introduces each of his family members that are coming out of the house to take a ride in the vehicle. It feels like SWIM is a 3rd wheel entity residing in someone else without his acknowledgment. SWIMs shared view point nudges a little in the seat (at this point SWIM feels it is a he). SWIM sees from the visions that it is in a suburbia somewhere but distinctly the instinct tells it "Arizona". Sees an iron fence with a door on the side of the house. The dirt in the side yard is reddish and rocky. The sun is tilted a little but no clouds in sight. Everyone gets into the vehicle SWIM was in. SWIM feels now is the time to start the car to go get the dog.

Comes to, back on the couch.
Wipes the tears off, and sits up back straight.
Still yawning, reaffirms that sage smell as breaths are taken in.
Sits there and ponders...
Why did it take me to Arizona?

I've never read a trip report like this, sounds really fascinating and weird that it was so 'unweird' and earthly. Thanks for sharing.
What does it mean to exist?

Well written story , but Weird for DMT.

My last Salvia trip was VERY much like this, also during my journey we were getting into a Car(type?) , in the southwest desert, I was with 3 other people, who seemed like my family (not in reality) and we were off to get something ..and we were with their dog.

Your DMT trip sounds alot like my last Salvia journey.

other then that, it would seem an unusual journey for the spice /from my limited experience.

Obviously everything the Shaman says is Hyperspace Hyperbole

Thanks for the reply all.
I decided to post this because this journey hit me in the most unexpected way, and was curious to see if anyone else had something similar.
Interesting that it simulates a Salvia trip, personally don't have much experience with it but maybe this is a sign of sort... Razz

Best regards.

im so glad someone posted something like this! MAN i thought i was really loosing it until i read your trip report.

Just the other night i was some old japanese man who was pushing this cart to his house from work. The whole reason of

his being was this women the whole time who sat on the cart as if it were a pedestal. It wasnt exactly normal but it

was the first time i broke through and took on the perspective of another being, another human. I was not prepared for

this. I mean... im never really prepared for it, but it totally showed me something it has never came close to showing

me. Once again thank you for this report, I dont understand it either. ~: )

yeah while in general these trips of 'living another life' seem to be more common with salvia, I already had something of the sort with dmt myself.

I dont remember the transition between smoking and 'getting there'. What I remember is suddenly seeing myself in this nature place. I was a gardener, taking care of some tree, and was looking at its roots and how it worked. I sort of saw like an x-ray, the 'veins' in the roots, where the nutrients were carried, it was quite beautiful. For quite some time I had no recollection at all that I had smoked dmt, I was really living that alternate reality. When I came back I was also crying and laughing at the absurdity of what happened, astounded by the experience, with no words able to describe, just a big "WTF" kind of feeling.

No idea what these experiences mean, or if they mean anything at all. Just be glad you were able to experience something so extraordinary, and take it as a way to appreciate the mistery of existence even more Smile
