Yea I didn't have any recording equipment set up so I wanted to try and get it all down before I lost it.

I've traveled with a tape recorder and video camera and I find it changes the trip. It is good for recalling what happened, but I find my best trips are the ones when I let myself comedown with my eyes closed, not talking. I forget mostly everything, but I almost always remember the main message of the trip.
