Does anyone know a way to identify caapi cultivars after the vine has been dried? ms_manic_minxx was talking about certain noticeable aspects of vine cultivars in soulfood's Cielo/Yellow? thread, such as how cielo smells like almonds when it's cooking.
I recently purchased some vine without knowing what cultivar it was, and I haven't been able to contact the vendor about it. I also think that this is the sort of thing that would make a good addition to the Nexus knowledge base, if anyone has more input into the subject. Actually, tips on identifying different cultivars in general (dried or not) would be interesting. Anyone know anything?
