I feel like telling you the tale of my first real Salvia Divinorum experience. I decided to chew 2g of dry plant material in silent darkness. The first 1g for 15 minutes and the last 1g for slightly longer.

After 1g I felt a bit levitated, just like you'd feel after a stressful day, collapsing on your bed. It all really began while chewing the second portion of leaf material. I instantanously felt the effects increasing while I was squishing the juice around (so that seems to be a good thing to do while quidding).

I saw very tiny geometric patterns mostly in glowing green on a dark background. Sometimes there were traces of red and o0ther colors of the rainbow, but not very often. As Effects grew stronger, I witnessed a big bunny like animal in front of me, at the border of a hexagon shaped tunnel system, leading somewhere underground. It felt like I was flying thru catacombs of a gothic cathedral. There were these deep purple ornaments on the side of the tunnels thru which I was traveling faster and faster...

Suddenly, these Rat like beeings appeared. To be honest: They were appearant even before entering the tunnel system. They couldn't stop talking nonsense to me: "Heelllo..hellohellohello..okokokokokok..you there..hello..okokokokoko...finefinefinde... goodgoodgood... kabriskinnahullumarzzzzzssszszszszszsz" A little bit like gollum from lord of the ring, but there were dozens of them and tiny rat like beeings. I was somewhat angry because they seemed to have no intelligence. These demonic rats appeared like animals. It seemed like I was entering their domain.

And I wasn't sure if I was really welcome or not. The vibe attached was certainly very dark.

As I chewed, I seemed to "attach" to a carrier wave that was going through my body. I saw my body from the inside..like I was a camera beeing shoved down my throat!! I have a yet undiagnosed sickness ( it burns behind my chest ) , maybe they wanted to show me my illness.

Then i happend that this really huge and poweful beeing appeared and it tried to take control over me. It had these bodyguard like creatures to protect it, even though this wouldn't have been necessary. I tried to focus all my energy to get out, but somewhere in ther process I had to give up and the bodyguard creature smiled grimmly and "said":

"See...? "

After that, the big and powerful beeing draw a string thru my nose and skull and attached me to his "keyring". I was beeing totally dominated by this "thing" ..and it didn't even tell me why he/she was doing it.

After a while, the scene faded and the "demon rats" were flying around the space inside my skull before they were finally "merging " with my "brain", ending their endless chatter.

hmmm.. dont really know what to say bout that one ...but wierd indeed

Interesting though about the undiagnosed illness, I had an undiagnosed illness before as well, And I was lying down in my bed one night durring a mushrooms experience and all of a sudden I was like inside my self on a cellular level, and there were these cellular type beings singing to me, asking if they could live inside my body...found out later I had systematic candidiasis..go figure

That's pretty interesting. Maybe you can kinda communicate with your body under the influence of different plant spirits. Hope you're doing fine now!

Here is the follow up on the last experience:

1.7g chewed in silent darkness.

I saw nothing but sudden flashes of familiar Salvia optics as I suddenly heard voices calling me.

“come with us..come with us...come with us” I was beeing pulled away as I heard them saying

“It's gonna be fun..it's gonna be fun...it's gonna be fun....”

And there I was, inside this room I quickly remembered from my first experience. At this point there was nothing but this strange yet very familiar atmosphere. Like I was attending a serious meeting- the door was now closed.

“I'm here for healing” I said. “We can't do wonder..we can't do wonder...there is no wonder..there is no wonder” they answered. I asked them to send their beam of energy thru my body as I thought it to be a healing beam, but I was wrong.

“What do you want more?” they asked me, after sending the beam.

“I want to know who you are!”

The I saw this lump of molten, very black wax, forming perfectly round spheres. And in every sphere was a tiny man, half-transparent, like a fragile shadow.

"We spin the merry go round...we spin the merry go round!..."

Then, lots of different voices were talking to me, impersonating people I know, or celebritys.. but I couldn't understand a word! As I tried harder, I noticed that with every word, there was a whole organic structure beeing pulled towards me. As I got nearer, I saw the structure and I heard the word clearer as before. Strange, artificial colors plastered on blops of alien slime, organic structures, jelly like sausages and I was a part of them.

I was the word. I was the structure. But I still couldn't hear.

Then I left the room.

Then I left the room....

...to never return?

Wow. Salvia certainly is strange stuff!! i have been posting my salvia experiences too in the salvia subforum. They are called the salvia diaries. Haven't touched salvia in a while and i don't intend to anytime soon. I might try some changa with caapi leaf and salvia just to see...

I would be concerned about rats of a demon melting with my brain..
Do you think it has any negative impact on your mind?

thank you for sharing this, oblighul - I've never tried Salvia, but your report gave me a shiver; pretty dark stuff. Did you feel like it was hyperspace, but in another flavour? Or did it feel significantly different?
