Does anyone else have frequent 'energy-work' sessions similar to Martin Ball's? Options

Over the last few weeks my medium-dose sessions have been VERY energetic in the sense that I do a lot of clenching and vocalizing. My body tends to clench up and I start humming/singing/vocalizing very loudly in an animalistic sounding way. The sound comes from deep within - and seems to skip my vocal chords (the sounds come from my stomach/abdomen I'd say). Martin Ball talks about working with the energy and letting it move his body, vocalize, etc., and his descriptions sound very much like what I'm going through.

I am not getting any particular insights, but feel like I'm learning *something* - whether it's opening my voice up, prepping me for later lessons, or something. But pretty much EVERY time I do a decent dose, this is how it ends up. Maybe a heavier dose would push me past this level? I enjoy this work, but am curious how common it is.

Thanks for any insights!

DMT has always been this way for me as soon as I drop out of the main trance..it happens with mushrooms also. As long as I dont start to judge people on how nasal they're voice is I find it very healing and theraputic..

LOL Fractal Laughing Right on... I posted in the Ball/McKenna thread that *MY* voice is very nasally and I have always had problems speaking my mind confidently, so I'm curious to see if I have a "voice change" or not, but that's not my motivation for my sessions. I just noticed they've started going that direction but maybe I've just started taking better hits, too.

Thanks!

I second that. I've also experienced powerful "energy cleansings" during mescal-cactus, 2C-B, and LSD experiences. It sometimes feels like molecules are traveling through my bloodstream and cleansing out everything that's blocked up. 2C-B in particular lead to a number of "Kundalini energy" experiences, with energy spiraling up from the base of the spine all the way up and through my head. All of the medicines seem to work on whatever parts of me need to be worked on at the moment. Another strange thing that's happened during DMT tryps is finding myself inside an alien space ship, getting checked out by some very strange doctors. These "doctors" seemed very interested in my spine and scanned it intently with their technicolour "instruments". It reminded me of so-called "energy healings" done where they use pendulums and what not to sense what parts need working on. But that's all BS of course...

I have next to know experience with ayahuasca blends and wonder how this phenomenon is experienced with consumed DMT.
