I think it is..since I do the same with salvia..but I havent tried growing caapi yet..and im in vancouver..other places in canada are not so temperate.. Long live the unwoke.

I guess, if you give it a really great first season with lots of sun, water and a good soil with large place to the roots. Caapi is a rather hardy plant if well established. I guess it may pose a problem to move lianas in and out each year though, if your plant ever gets that big!

you can grow them as a -more or less- bush. can see them doing ok in canada indoors, but wouldnt expect much stem harvesting from them.
