The original reason for the mandatory joining of the DMT-Nexus is that it made life a little bit easier to program with the age verification et al.

Tomorrow I'll add the means of travel (aya, smoking dmt, etc) and create a join part that's separated from the DMT-Nexus.

I can't upload a Glyph - I've tried in jpeg and gif format and both times it says - please use jpeg or gif format

It says this in Safari and Firefox.

If we end up with minimal participation I propose that we do the event again but give people a little more time to get involved. Maybe schedule it on an equinox/solstice (symbolic purposes only!). Give people a month or two to hear about it, sign up, etc...

Heck even if it does go well and we are able to get more people involved AND have some interesting results I suggest we do this event again.

1) we will have more data to work with
2) we can see if we can duplicate our results!
3) we can probably get more people involved and maybe hype the event up a bit.

I just think that people may find it too much hassle to sign up to a forum they may or may not ever use. Also it may be good to let people know that the gylph/hyperphrase is optional...I mean just having 100 people launch at the same time is going to be a huge thing!

I think 29 people doing this at the same time is a fairly large number!!!

You should feel privileged to have even tried DMT!! Not too many folks ever get to do that!!

I personally searched for DMT for 13 years before I learned of extracting MHRB myslef!!! (no internet when I was younger)
In that 13 yrs, I asked every single hippie, head, and dealer that I was close enough too and who I thought had reliable "connections" about DMT. And I'm talking about commune leaders and Rainbow Family members, not just stoners off the street!
99.9% of them had never even heard of it!! (or they were not talking to me about it anyway!)
Those that did know what I was talking about, had never seen it (much less tried it) or known any one who did!!
13 years!!
Very rare indeed!!
Most psychedelic heads don't even know this key is out there!!

The SHE-site has just been updated with the following:

* Seperate Join from the DMT-Nexus: There is no database connection between DMT-Nexus and SHE anymore, DMT-Nexus members now have to signup as well
* Means of travel: you can submit your means of travel, e.g. aya, smoked, other.. If you miss some Means of travel, let me know and I'll add it
* With the participants you can see their means of travel
* Uploading glyph should now work in firefox/safari
* Added extra information in the about to make clear you don't have to join in any of the experiments at all to participate (well, apart from the massive take-off that is)

You know warrensaged...you're right. We are very privileged indeed! Maybe I am thinking too big for this. We are a very small subset of the population. Still though, I would like as many people as possible to participate.

well personally I dont think by the 10th of august Reuters will be announcing that dmt hyperspace exists as much as our consensual reality, but in any case I think its an interesting attempt, in the very least because of the idea that many people across the world will be tripping at the same time and conscious of the others (at least until the world is dissolved and the machine elves take over haha)

exactly. for me the result of the experiment is not as important as the fact that we are getting together and organising it. The experience reports subforum at least, shows a general desire to share information on dose, technique, and on the content and other aspects of the experience; so we are essentially [amongst other things] a research collective; its just that the research so far has generally taken the form of isolated reports and opinions. This is the one of the first steps towards a more focused entheogenic science. I can only hope that more ideas and participants arrive over time.

When I first read about this idea, I too thought 'yeah right, were all gonna have a party in hyperspace and communicate telepathically and shit...whatever'. But finding DMT redefined a hell of a lot of things that I believed were impossible, and if its taught me anything, its that I can no longer dismiss out of hand anything to do with the potential this agent, or of consciousness for that matter.

I do agree that there is a distinct lack of skepticism, but if all goes as you predict, it will serve to restore a little objectivity, or some balance. Dont you think?

I'm taking my pharmahuasca at a time that I'm sure I'll be in hyperspace at 20:00 GMT. Others should do the same. We are paving the road to say so.



About scepticism, I think it's a very good idea to have sceptics around us. To me this is an very interesting experiment of which I'm not sure about the outcome. If we have theories that could be falsified its better that it's done here than in the open public.
