SWIM is wondering if anyone else is having trouble finding lime in Canada. He might have to order it online. Any advice is appreciated. "Prying open my third eye."

probly aquarium/fish stores I think..home depot I have heard has lime in the plant section..other than that I have not seen it around any where in Vancouver, or else Id be using it.. Long live the unwoke.

Maybe at health food or Hispanic grocery stores? You have to use lime to process corn for use in tortillas if you're making them from scratch. I've seen it at several of them here in the US. PK Dick is to LSD as HP Lovecraft is to Mushrooms

SWIM could only find his lime in home hardware. He looked in 4 different large grocery stores, canadian tire, home depot, rona and 3 different ethnic food store and ZIP, NADA. Home hardware had it in both 250g bags and 20 pound bags. I have heard that walmart sells Ms. Wages Pickling Lime, though I haven't personally looked. Either way, it's super cheap, so who really cares where you buy it.

Home hardware had it in both 250g bags and 20 pound bags. LOL. SWIM went to Walmart, Home Depo, Canadian Tire and Rona too. Nada aswell. The only place he didn't go was Home hardware. He looked on Home Hardwares website and search lime and TADA. They have it. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays. As for the Ms. Wages I think they only sell that in US walmarts not Canadian Walmarts. Thanks for the help.  I'll post how it goes. "Prying open my third eye."

Arrrrg.. SWIM went to Home Hardware and they didn't have it in stock either so he just ordered it on ebay. lol Oh well... he'll have to wait till next week. "Prying open my third eye."
