I was reading here a few days ago and caught that the leaves of salvia were originally chewed for effects by indigenous tribes. Naturally I became interested and decided to try it out

The main method of ingestion was most likely just digestion but when held under the tounge for 15 minutes the extract began to dissolve and what insued was quite interesting to me. I have never experienced salvia in a way that wasn't trans-locating and rather uncomfortable. The onset was a little strange and the open eye hallucinations were diminished as my focus was on a movie I had turned on. That was a mistake (the movie was kind of self-absorbed, french bastards) but when I realized my trip was approaching it's peak I decided to vaporize the bit I had left and see if I could latch onto some CEV's. Very interesting as I am more accustomed to the intricacy and depth of aya CEV's.

These were malleable in a way but at the same time quiet sentient and free moving/flowing patterns. The most pronounced were mostly tubes or worm like creatures in an quasi-aquatic setting and at a close second were actually the seem-less transitions between the visions. When I opened my eyes again I caught a little bit of that unnerving salvia buzz but it was not overwhelming in that sudden bong rip way. It was almost enjoyable to just lay back and let it jitter through my skull and spine. All in all I think I prefer sally this way because even at 20X bong rips just start to get ridiculous.

I don't think I would want to go higher. Ill stick with dimitri for all my warp speed travels.

Anyone else get anything memorable from a sublingual extract? I got it extremely cheap, but it would not say it is a waste of any kind. One recommendation if you are considering trying this though. Immediate and constant redosing after every swallow

Yeah, sublingual salvia is great! I think I might try it with dmt next time.

thanks for the trip report. I've never tried anything but smoking extract. But I am curious as to the differences when taken sublingualy, so I will venture that path one day.

when i smoke salvia, i get a strange feeling, deja-vu in a way, and it invokes a feeling of my childhood neighborhood.

reading this post, i got the same feeling. long enough to notice it.

Thats how some of my experiences start when smoking extract.
Usually its a deja-vu with somewhat negative vibes. It starts with my mind to start to wander.

It sometimes goes a little like: I breath out the smoke. The deja vu sets in, "I know this, iv seen it, I know this!" At some points, I feel I am not allowed to think. I start to think, and at the end of every thought there is a strong deja vu that I cant stand.

I also sometimes get dream-like childhood memories

With higher doses, This gets very extreme, and it feels as though I have to escape.
