keep your eyes and ears open kiddies, we're not quite out of the woods on this one yet. I expect Jon will be safe and have to sue to get his shit back. I would also likely agree with the sentiment that the FDA/DEA is unlikely to press charges due to a fear of exposing the CSA as overbroad legislation. Nontheless, they can still swing their legal weight around if they should choose to do so. Most likely this is just a media ploy to save face and not appear as though they dropped the charges for no reason. I believe and hope things will be fine from here on out, but it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

The bust was just a bulling and scare tactic. They put pressure on a target and hope they will fold. It's what the Pigs do when somone is not actually breaking the law but they dont like what that target is doing. It's the cops way of getting around the law by using brute force and intimidation to do what they want. They cost BB a bunch of money in business loss and legal fees and hope they go under.

Well now....I agree with everything you said until your last sentence. Communism? C'mon, now. I've read many of your other posts, and you are considerably smarter than this.

This could be a step in the right direction. Hopefully they will drop charges altogether. If he wants to continue his business, he'll probably have to sue to get his inventory back and maybe uproot and move the business to another state. I wonder if he'll be able to continue his business operations at all if he has to do this. Between his legal battles and having his house torched, who knows if he has the capital needed to keep BBB running.

I am way stoned. My judgement may be impaired.......

However in truth large nations have failed in history due to the fact that the system gets too complex and the government looses the ability to control. Supervising 5 million people effectively and efficently is far easier than supervising 300 million. The united states intially was more of an alliance where sates would self govern and the Federal aspect of it would only deal with international matters and military etc... But slowly over the years the government has taken more power from the states till now they are in virtual absolute control. Any state that does not comply is denied federal money. This is what happened to las vegas when it decided to legalize gambling. But they realized that the revenue from gambling is more than the federal aid so they did it anyway and that's why allot of stuff in nevada are legal where in other states it isnt. Because the government lost 'some' control.

The only way the federal government can control 300 million people in any effective manner is to fundamentally control everything in some manner and that control is increasing. It's our fault for most of it when something bad happens and people are robbed we DEMAND that the government regulate this or that and when they want control of something they work off our fears. 'We wanna wiretap whoever we want...let's call it the patriot act. If they dont go for it then terrorism wins!'

It's funny my brother got ripped off over the net about a year ago. He found all the guys info had his address even found his parents. The guy took him for 1,000. He went to the police they said he needed to speak to the DA. The DA told him that they wouldnt take his case. They wont even prosecute a case for less than 15,000. I am serious as hell here, you can rob somone over the net for less than 15 grand and even when the case is given to you on a silver platter they wont do anything. They got too many cases already. Now that's loosing control right there.
If you don't sin, Jesus died for nothing.

So... am I guessing right. That the charges most likely will never be filed again. This means that charges would have to be re-instated? Is that possible? I thought once charges were dismissed, one couldn't be charged a second time, double-jeopardy, or something like that. He never made it through the whole judicial process, so there is no "double jeopardy."

Sounds like the cops want to "not appear as though they dropped the charges for no reason." Correct? Or, do they drop the charges to allow some freedom to do the investigation, hoping Sloan will somehow "mess-up" again, in the mean time?

Other wise, Yay!Very happy this is good news.

PS. So what happens to the toads? Did/Do they kill the poor things or give them back?
Posts made by me are either fictional or false, or both. I do not endorse, condone or engage in illegal activities. I love the state, my big brother. "I" myself am fictional. I am a collection of individuals, that are not entirely human. "I" do not exist in reality. Any resemblance to an individual bound by laws is merely coincidental. I lie and tell very little of the truth; do not believe me, and, especially, don't hold "me" accountable for any posts.

Communism!!! WTF.
I think this is more of a capitalism problem. Big pharmaceutical company's don't like others to deal drugs. And they have the money and power to influence authorities.

Thank you Sir!!!!!

For speaking the truth and describing them as they really are EVIL PIGS. I thought the word PIG was banned at the Nexus, I could never understand why because that is exactly what they are. No insult to Bacon intended, I love it and pork chops as well.

People fear Bully's and that is a cope out they need a good punch in the eye. Ever notice how pigs in the US never give there full name on traffic tickets or any paper work after a bust its always Sargent C.S. Jones ect........Because they are bully's in fear who will not even tell there victims there real name....but they got my finger prints, social security number, home address ect.

Why should ANYONE respect unjust laws? Fear of prosecution is a wimpy(wanted to use different word) excuse for being a sheeple. I WILL fight and SUFFER for what I believe to be true if more of us did so, in my opinion we could make the world a better place. Of course I am not violent nor should anyone be, there are other ways.

I say they (PIGS) owe the man who owns BBB some money but he will never see it and thats a shame they fucked up his life and closed his business. Now the charges are dropped!!!! If I kidnapped some one for ransom(BAIL) and destroyed a business I would be a criminal, the PIGS in the US have a free license to do as they please.

OK as most know I could go on but thats enough. NEVER NEVER NEVER trust the police(PIGS) in the US do not beleive anything they say as it is perfectly legal and fine for them to lie to entrap or gain evidence on a person. If I do that its perjury and thats a crime.

Check this out the latest brutal PIG video. It is very clear they were the aggressors and beat this man to a pulp for no reason. NEVER NEVER consent to a search even if you have nothing. Do NOT be honest with PIGS because they will use it against you, say nothing and never give your consent to anything they ask.

You will never know how much I despise these puppets of oppression. Of course society needs the police, but I do not understand why they are not on constant patrol in CRACK TOWN every city in US has one and its some fucked up shit lives are destroyed each and every day.

They may not be Commies but close enough, I get the point.

Enough from me

Peace FriendsSmile

Many a young boys fell on the field of battle dying in the worst way possible to give us our freedom and to preserve it. When pigs and politicials attempt to take that freedom away from us 'in order to protect us' it is a slap in the face to those who gave everything. You cant have it both ways. If you want someone controlling society and make you safer you need to give up your freedom. If you want to be free you have to accept the fact that some people will abuse that freedom to profit or harm others. There's a price everyone must pay for freedom. The government is only as powerful as we want it to be as a society. Allowing them to control aspects of our lives takes freedom from us incrementally but over time it builds up. The issue is that once a door is opened for the government to control some aspect then it is far more difficult to close that door. Uncle sam doesnt give up power. So the next time they try to work on your fears to justify another patriot bill you better think long and hard about the reprocussions. Even after the terrorists are gone that law will still be around and they will use it for many other things.

Indeed, find the cost of freedom buried in the ground. Mother earth will swallow you lay your body down. What if you knew her and found her her dead on the ground?

How can you run when you know?

Kent State I remember.

I have made quite a few anti war post here, but it does not seem to be a concern here and that is a shame.

It seems changing the world is not a concern. I dont get it every trip I make reminds me of the injustice, and inspires me to make post like this.

Nothing will save us from ourselves but ourselves. OK enough for me 80mg here I go.

Peace Friends
