That information about concentration was accurate for the batches used at that time, but it's not reliable when applied to all Virola theiodora resin. The resin varies a lot in potency, from being totally inactive, to being stronger then what's stated above.
SWIM has very little experience snuffing Virola resin. He's not the best source for first hand information in that department. I've heard it's more potent when calcium hydroxide is mixed in it when used as snuff. However, there's Virola theiodora and Virola calophylla. Both are very different. Virola calophylla contains mostly DMT and is pretty ineffective unless used with calcium hydroxide or a similar base. While Virola theiodora contains mostly 5-MeO-DMT, which doesn't need to be freebased to be effective sublingually. So this idea that calcium hydroxide should be used when snuffing Virola may really only apply to Virola calophylla resin, and has been mistakenly applied to Virola theiodora resin.
Again, SWIM has little experience snuffing anything at all. Hopefully someone else with more experience using this as a snuff will give better answers.
You may remember me as 69Ron. I was suspended years ago for selling bunk products under false pretenses. I try to sneak back from time to time under different names, but unfortunately, the moderators of the DMT-Nexus are infinitely smarter than I am.
If you see me at the waterpark, please say hello. I'll be the delusional 50 something in the American flag Speedo, oiling up his monster guns while responding to imaginary requests for selfies from invisible teenage girls.
