I just came back from the highest dose of dmt n oxide i've ever used, and now ever care to use. ~70-80 mg of goo was vaped in a tube. With the first large toke the patterns of dmt began to form, but I knew this wouldnt be enough for a breakthrough, so with another large toke in my lungs I laid back and then things became terrifying. The patterns are crashing into my face, im moving with more speed than i've ever felt. I become aware of my racing heart and try to calm it down without luck. I'm swimming in a pond of souls, innumerable amounts of shapes full of intent are rushing up to me. I'm nauseous. I'm aware of how much food i've ingested and how much liquid is in my body. The shapes of intent are upset that i can't focus and begin to leave. I asked them for their forgiveness and anyone could help calm me and my body. I felt like a beggar on the street, asking anyone for anything to get me on my feet. It sort of worked, some of the shapes of intent came back and played with my chest, filling it with white light.. but still had no desire to bond with me. I slowly started to come out of it. Obviously I dont remember much of this. Little flashes. When I came down some 15 minutes later i was still semi nauseous but I feel a lot better about the whole experience after I talked it out with a fellow traveler. I have a batch of fresh stuff that has never gave me such a level of terror, increased heart rate and nausea. N-oxide is not very fun to me, its messy, and chaotic, even in lower doses I find n-oxide to cause a considerable amount of confusion and lack of focus.

Sorry to hear about the negative impact. Very interesting to hear about the variable effects between individuals. Thank you for taking the journey and reporting back.

Interesting (and sorry to hear) that N-Oxide is uncomfortable for you.

I used to get rid of all mine but recently found quite a love for it. For me it’s far easier to negotiate than straight spice – it has an easier come-up, more warmth and a much friendlier and playful feel to it. Even at high doses I find it a lot easier to deal with. Body load and physical effects are not noticeably different to those produced by non-oxidised spice.

I’m seriously kicking myself for all the N-Oxide I’ve disposed of!

SWIM likes DMT N-oxide more than DMT. It's smoother with a slower onset, and seems more gentle than DMT. The only problem being the sticky texture which is hard to use. But that’s easily solved by dissolving the DMT N-oxide on an inert carrier like calcium carbonate or some herbs.

I too am a big fan of the oxide. I even bought some super fancy high concentration hydrogen peroxide so the gerbil could make pure n-oxide. Haven't gotten around to that yet though. The gerbil made impure by heating dmt until it just liquified and then blew a fan over it for some time while still liquid.

I've never had a bad experience with n-oxide.
I agree to some here that I find it more gentle. But I've never done a really big dose. I usually use it for smaller doses. For some reason I find it better for small doses than pure DMT.
I find the experience with n-oxide mixes better with this reality. Awesome to smoke out in a beautiful nature spot or with shrooms.

N-oxide has always given swim the most bizarre journeys (in a good way). He likes
it when they get strange like that. He also vapes clear crystal spice for it's beauty and sheer power. But when he switches to N-oxide, the journeys are insanely unusual. Much more than I can put into words. As he's coming down, there is an amazing body high which lasts for half an hour, much more exquisite than that from other substances.

Thanks for all the replies, it's interesting to find that most of you like n-oxide over n,n dmt to some extent. I'll try another high dose of the goo soon and see how it compares. I think I was a littleover confident with myself going into it. I've used dmt and n-oxide for a couple years now and this was the only frightening experience i've had, but it had to come.

Alicedee25, SWIM has not taken a super large dose of N-Oxide. Many things that are nice at reasonable doses become unpleasant if too much is used, so maybe its dose related.

True, but it was almost 5-meo like. I think N-oxide is gentler in it's affect, but at this higher dose it was unlike any spice or n-oxide experience i'd never had, including doses in this range of nn. I've always preferred nn to N-oxide, but still found it considerably interesting. At this dose though it seemed to take on a new face, thats why I would like to try again.. just because the affect was so bizarre. also your SWIM -along with many others- on here gave my SWIM the drive to major in organic chem. SWIM is very happy with this decision. Tell SWIU thanks
