Roland Griffiths died on Oct 16th 2023, he was 77 years old. Griffiths was a psychopharmacologist and psychedelic researcher. I am grateful for his powerful contributions he had provided to the psychedelic community. He was a remarkable human being. He approached the end of his life with grace and beauty. I wanted to share a couple interview articles that I enjoyed reading. Even in his last days on earth he advocated for psychedelics. Please feel free to post any Roland Griffiths content here.

'There is an area of the mind that could be called unsane, beyond sanity, and yet not insane. Think of a circle with a fine split in it. At one end there's insanity. You go around the circle to sanity, and on the other end of the circle, close to insanity, but not insanity, is unsanity.' -Sidney Cohen

STS is a community for people interested in growing, preserving and researching botanical species, particularly those with remarkable therapeutic and/or psychoactive properties.

Thanks for sharing, and a posthumous thank-you to Roland Griffiths for his life's work in the field.

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli

This is so sad.. Roland seemed like a really gentle person. And his pursuit to the cause was remarkable.. Rest in peace
