People age their Pedro in the dark to increase alkaloid levels. I know you can just put a plant in a dark room for a few months and not water.

Can you take a cutting and age it in the dark? Won't it try to grow and you get white new growth? I had that happen to me once.

What are the various methods of aging Pedro?
